Las Bellas Fashion: Miami lunch

Ladies, there are some days that go without saying are simply perfect.
It was a rare occurrence for both of us to be in the same city and we wanted to make the most of the beautiful Miami weather so a day out to lunch was planned.
We had a wonderful day, enjoyed a delicious lunch, sipped fabulous cocktails and enjoyed one of our favourite things...friendship. Because of Miami's warm climate, there are plenty of options for outdoor dining but we highly recommend The Standard Hotel & Spa. Not only do they have one of the best views in the city, but the staff will make you feel welcomed and appreciated...very important anytime you go out.
We decided to pick some "Miami" style clothing options that include some of our favourite trends. Bella M incorporate bold colors and prints outfit with her dress and Bella B kept her romantic side showing in a soft peach.

Let's Get Physical!

Ladies, definitely one of the things that we hear all of the time is that fitness and health are super important...and we completely agree. One of the best ways to look good is to feel good and we think those crazy little things called endorphins really do the trick...and since those endorphins come mostly after a great workout, it's important to incorporate exercise into your life. But heading to the gym or working on our fitness doesn't mean we have to forget about our love of fashion...keep it stylish and effective.
And yes, some days we will definitely need some extra motivation...so pick up your phone, call your friends and sweat together!
Tennis, yoga, climbing and of course running are great ways to spend quality time with your friends while doing something fabulous for your body...so come on...let's get physical!
                                

Las Bellas Fashion: Sony Ericsson Players’ Party

Okay, we’ve had a lot of request to see our own personal style so we decided that once in a while, we will post pictures of our outfits…sometimes we may be going out to a very specific event…other times we may post about what we wore to the beach or something casual like that. This is just to give you a more personal idea of our sense of style. We have different styles and that is why we think these posts could be interesting…some may love one piece from Bella B and others may love the shoes of Bella M…whatever your preference, we hope you enjoy these pics and our own personal style. Last night we attended the official Sony Ericsson Players’ Party. It was held at the gorgeous Epic Hotel and the music was amazing thanks to Bob Sinclair and Janko Tipsarevic…those two kept the crowd dancing all night.

We love attending events like these because they’re fun, we’re surrounded by our friends and it gives us a great excuse to get dressed up…and this is what we wore:

It is always fun to visit Miami! The ocean, beach, amazing weather and my lovely friends reminds me why do I love this place so much. It is a city that always exudes good energy and a amazing atmosphere. You can enjoy your short summer dresses and high heels daily and especially while visiting Lincoln Road. Here you will find many restaurants and shops while enjoying the ocean breeze and the smell of coconut sun lotion.

The World is a Runway Show: Paris Fashion Week A/W 2012

This is it, our last stop on this whirlwind adventure of fashion weeks. We are now in the center of fashion, the beautiful Paris, France. With Paris as a backdrop, many shows took place in the exquisite buildings that make up this city. The biggest names in hotels were abuzz with shows, historical buildings were turned into modern catwalks and everywhere you turned, someone was heading to a show. It’s a bit of a shame we can’t show you every show…as there were so many great ones but we definitely suggest you go to the “Bible” of fashion, Vogue to see a great compiled list of all the shows and their collections. So without further wait, here are our picks for favorite shows during Paris Fashion Week…...

Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci had a wild inspiration...horses. We saw riding jacket, riding boots and jodhpurs. The colors for this collection were dark browns and blacks…we spotted an occasion accent of a bold orange to create a nice pop of color. We loved the detailing in this collection and particularly enjoyed the horse-blinder earrings…oversized, fun and very equestrian chic. Despite the amount of leather that was used, the collection was soften up by integrated lace pieces. We simply loved this collection.

The World is a Runway Show: Milan Fashion Week A/W 2012

Ladies, we're back on the world's runway and today we're bringing you to the land of delicious food, hot men and "sweep you off your feet" fashion...where else but in Milan. Milan's fashion week brought forth a huge variety of different styles, lines and even some opting to use light colors in their collection...proving to us that colors don't belong to a specific season, it's all about how you wear them...so we love the idea of keeping winter fresh and light. Of course in Milan, all collections were amazing and innovative but here are our picks for the best of the best:
Here we are at Pucci where Peter Dundas showed off his interpretation of color free Pucci with a variety of ultra chic black dresses...of course, it wouldn't be a Pucci show without their signature prints which made their way onto dresses and pantsuits. We loved the occasional soft color showing up on the catwalk...great way to balance out the dark colors. We thought this collection did a fabulous job of combining sophistication and sex appeal...not an easy task but Peter Dundas achieved it beautifully.
