Well, I don’t know about you guys but the instant I wrote the title I got that “Lady in Red” song stuck in my head…so I apologize in advance if you now have it playing in your head too ;) Anyway, my hubby and I are leaving next week for the summer and before we leave, I want to make sure we are enjoying our amazing city (Miami Beach) to the fullest…which means we head to the beach every weekend, do bike rides in the afternoons and head out for dinners at our favorite new restaurant La Gloutonnerie. We love it there and any chance we get to go, we take it. Here is what I wore to our latest dinner out:
BCBG Berry Red shift dress- I don’t know the name of this dress, but I purchased it in March so you may be able to still find it in stores or online at a sale price. It’s a fabulous piece because of its timeless style. It has almost a peplum feel to it but actually the layers are like large single ruffles. I tried to have the hubby shoot some close ups so you can see the detail.
Miu Miu Nude patent pumps- I totally think that everyone should have a neutral colored shoe in their closet because they go with everything…so you never have to worry about what shoes to wear ;)
Vintage Gucci clutch- I could spend hours in vintage stores searching for accessories and clothes. This was one of my greatest finds. I purchased it 8 years ago and I still love it like I did then. It’s a classic staple for my closet.
Vintage turquoise bracelet- I bought this when I went to check out the District Factory. It’s from a local store called L.A Boudoir and I absolutely love it. It’s from the 70’s and I think it’s so chic!

Lastly, sorry for having so many pictures in the same location but I very seldom plan my outfits and usually I put something on and I’m out the door…if I especially like the look or the combination, I will have my hubby quickly shoot some pictures….which are always on our balconies, so that’s why the scenery doesn’t change so much in my pictures. But isn’t the fashion the only thing that matters anyway? ;)
Till next time…
XOXO,
