I have a lot of requests to share my hair “secrets” with you all. I will tell you how I take care of my hair which is very demanding since it’s highlighted. For me, it's one of the most important things when it comes to women’s look and it's the first indicator of how much we take care of ourselves.
Let's start with the fact that eating healthy is not only the key to a healthy body but also keep your hair nourished from the inside out. Make sure you have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your every day meals, these are full of vitamins and minerals that improve your hair’s natural shine.
Be careful with the hair colors that you are using and try to use it as minimum as it possible. For example I love the Ombré Hair trend. Ombré color is a French word for shading or graduating. Besides that it looks very attractive, it also allows you a long time between highlighting your hair (which you have to agree can create some damages to your hair).
It was very long time ago when we were making at home 100% natural masks from eggs, lemon and olive oil. Although this would still be ok choice, modern fast life doesn't allow us much time for preparing this and thankfully cosmetic laboratories have helped along the way.
Today you are always able to find many great products on the market for every type of hair. I would like to share with you the products that I like the best . For starters, I will begin with a product that I absolutely adore and it comes from a Japanese brand:
1. Shu Uemura Art of Hair Essence Absolue Nourishing Protective Oil . It’s conditioning oil for all hair types, moisturizes dry, damaged hair and adds shine. It is made mainly of Camellia oil, traditionally used by geishas to keep hair shiny, soft, and hydrated. It’s absorbs quickly without leaving hair and scalp oily. I use it as a hydrating treatment and finisher. And additional benefit is the UV blockers, they help protect hair against the drying and fading damages of the sun.
2.CHROMA SENSITIVE is an anti-fading cleansing balm to wash hair without washing away color. I am using this three washes in row together with mask of regenerator. Doesn’t make foam, but smells good and I always live it more than 3 minutes..just in case.
3.MASQUE CHROMA RICHE Luminous Softening Treatment Masque for Dry Highlighted or Color-Treated Hair . This mask I am using almost every time while washing, but just on the ends. I live it for 5- 10 min and than rinse thoroughly.
4.BAIN FORCE ARCHITECTE shampoo is very good for dry and damaged hair and it’s smoothest and protects the surface while reconstructing the hair fibber intensifying its strength from root to end.
5.CIMENT ANTI-USURE when it come to hydrating conditioner this one is amazing. I love how it repairs damaged lengths and ends. It's a little bit of a thicker formula which I don’t like so much, but it does make my hair healthy.
6.The best serum ever is ELIXIR ULTIME!! My hair loves it! It is good for hydrating, repairing and smoothing. For me, it is very important that it doesn’t live your hair oily. It is adsorbed right away.
Also it gives a great shine to your hair. This is “must have” for all hair types and one bottle lasts very long.
7. KIEHL’S SUNFLOWER COLOUR PRESERVING DEEP RECOVERY PAK This is very good mask and I use it usually in winter time. It helps improve the condition of chemically-processed hair and has a very high Vitamin E content.

8.Every time before blow drying or any other heat treatment I use protection NECTAR THERMIQUE or CHROMA THERMIQUE. Both of them are amazing. They make my hair soft and I adore their smell...simply delicious.
As important as it is to use good hair products, it is equally important to spare our hair from frequent heat treatments. Sometimes my hairdresser makes my hair curly with the flat iron and sometimes when I want similar effect I just sleep over with hair bun.
The thing that helps my hair to grow faster is cutting the ends every 3 weeks. I also believe that leaving your hair to dry naturally and protecting if from salt water are very important. The sun is also very damaging, every time I am on the beach I put abnormal amount of a hair mask on with UV filters such as L'oréal Elsève color vive.

Ladies, love your hair as much as you love yourself and shine like a star !
Until next time…
XOXO,
Bella B for Las Bellas
