Ladies, I don’t know if you’ve noticed…but I'm having a slight obsession with lace and crochet.
I’ve wore it here and here…so it’s definitely a trend that I incorporated into my wardrobe. I love that it is classy, feminine and can be either super elegant or really fun. Now, in the past…we may have thought that crochet and lace were outdated styles, but as we have seen all over…it’s a modernized classic that looks like it’s here to stay.
I absolutely adored Oscar de la Renta’s spring/summer 2012 collection where lace and crochet were everywhere….take a look
The best thing about this trend is that it has been incorporated into everything…and I mean everything…right down to ittty bitty tiny bikinis.
Once again, these options I’ve chose cover any price range…and that’s the great thing about major trends…they are interpreted by designers from all levels at different price points.
First off, you can chose a fabulous little dress:
Or keep it super chic with a skirt. I like all these options because they range from super elegant to casual. Depending on what shirt and heels you chose, the look transform accordingly.
Okay, now for you hot ladies with those killer legs…work this trend with these super fun and flirty short options.
Top off any skirt or jean with these options. This look can be edgy, beachy or just plain beautiful.
And lastly…hit the beach, the pool or just the deck of a boat in these gorgeous crocheted options. Who knew Grandma’s talent could take over like this?
