Well, Ladies…you’ll be happy to know that this is one trend that won’t have you running out to the stores in order to complete the look…because I am totally confident that you all have at least one black and white outfit. This is the great thing about fashion…it always comes back full circle. So invest in great pieces when you can, take care of them and just patiently wait for the trend to come back…because it always does.
Black and white is nothing new but it is a stand out during this Spring/Summer’s vibe of bright colors and pastels. And honestly, I love the simplicity of black and white. It always looks polished, trendy and classic. Check out some celebrities that feel the same way (side note: all these images came from www.celebuzz.com…a great site for celebrity pictures):
Obviously there are thousands of ways to wear this trend…white jeans, black sweater, black pencil skirt, sheer white blouse, black pantsuit with cropped white jacket…endless possibilities.
But since there is limited space I thought I would just pick out my favorite black and white dress options. So here they are in varied price ranges and styles:
So…as you can see, black and white might not be the big star of the trends now, but it doesn’t mean it should be overlook…it’s definitely a trend that you incorporate almost immediately into your wardrobe.
And one of my favorite things about this trend is that you can mix in colors to add a little extra pop of fun.
