This past Wednesday, I (Bella M) was able to attend a fabulous event at Neiman Marcus in Coral Gables. It was an event organized by the wonderful Annie Vasquez (The Fashion Poet) and enjoyed by fashion bloggers from all over Miami. These events are a great way to bring bloggers together where we can meet, share ideas and inspire each other.
Mostly, I was so surprised to see how supportive everyone was of each other. There is a home for every voice in the virtual world…so honestly, the more the merrier.
The best thing that I took from the blogger panel was: “don’t be afraid to do a blog”…things will fall into place if you just keep working on it. And that’s very comforting to know…especially for new bloggers like Bella B and myself.
So, as we grow and change every day to get better, we are so grateful to find such a supportive group of fellow bloggers to lean on for support, advice and inspiration…and of course, we are so grateful for all you guys: our fabulous, stylish, amazing readers! So enough with the emotional pep talk…let’s get to the fashion, shall we?….
I chose to wear something something with a bright color and then I accented it with an even brighter color accessory…and you know what. It worked out great.
Here’s I am wearing:
Zara Woman Tangerine Shirt with tabs on shoulder (see same shirt in blue here)
Theory High-waisted wool skirt
Christian Louboutin Miss Boxe Patent Wedges (side note: these are my most comfortable heels and because I knew I was attending two events in one night, I wanted to be able to “survive” and still look good. I definitely recommend this style for anyone. Patent give it a dressed-up appeal while the wedge gives you comfort)
Banana Republic Large Blue Stone Necklace
Coach Aviator Sunglasses
Gucci Boston Bag with gold accents
Essie nail polish in Turquoise and Caicos

Now on to the event itself. It was held at Neiman Marcus…which that alone is reason to be exited. I was surrounded by some of the best dressed in Miami…and I’m not talking the mannequins, I’m talking about all the other ladies (and men) in attendance. There was a lot of chicness to be see. And with a crowd as chic as this, Neiman Marcus had to make sure they delivered clothes that would wow us all…and they did. Here are some of the season’s trends walking down the catwalk for us fashion bloggers to enjoy:

And of course, the “scene” was fun, hip and definitely fashionable:

Big shout out to the fabulous and gorgeous panel of fashion bloggers:
The Wordy Girl, Electric Blogarella, The Fashion Poet, KarGar Ohh Snap and Lopez Jenny Lopez.
Your insights, words of encouragement and success were wonderful to hear! Thanks for taking the time to share it with us.
Till next time, Ladies!
XOXO,
Bella M for Las Bellas
